Questions

Is this depression or laziness?

Am I unable to function or unwilling?

Am I unable to care or am I selfish?

It all looks the same no matter what the truth.

    Depression.
    Depression.

Sweetie, are you seeing a counselor or under a physician’s care?

Have you considered that certain foods might be what’s making you so tired? Maybe you have a food allergy? Just a thought; I’m not a doctor, but I do have self-diagnosed food “sensitivities” — not true-allergies. But eliminating gluten and dairy from my diet has helped me a LOT!

      A good thought.
[Sigh] I really miss gluten and dairy. Hopefully I can reintroduce dairy soon–I did not notice issues when I tested it. But gluten may be to blame for my early menopause and fertility issues. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

You too, huh, on the gluten and dairy? (Though, w/ 7 kids, apparently they didn’t cause me fertility issues….) I was formally tested (for a lot of things), and nothing causes me to have a histamine reaction. But when I talked to my allergist, about my food-reactions, he said to use the words “allergic to” when I eat out at restaurants. Sometimes I really miss them (like on pizza night, or when my kids eat garlic bread), but mostly I’m happy w/ the weight I’ve lost and the fact that I can actually digest on a regular-basis. ๐Ÿ˜‰ (Plus, there’s no gluten or dairy in most cocktails….)

Pretty sure I’m ok on the food front except I don’t eat much and when I do it is usually junk.

“…except I donโ€™t eat much and when I do it is usually junk.”
Often, the answer is in the exceptions!
